Nesmuk Knives

Nesmuk is a knife manufacturer that achieves perfection by integrating new and innovative technologies with traditional German knife-making techniques. Nesmuk knives are not only highly functional but also works of art that you'll enjoy using every day in the kitchen. Based in Solingen, Germany, Nesmuk produces uncompromisingly beautiful knives with outstanding quality and exceptional cutting performance. Thanks to their ergonomic handles and overall lightweight design, you can cut for longer periods without fatigue. These knives are perfect for connoisseurs, gourmet chefs, and lovers of exceptional craftsmanship.

The Nesmuk Chef's Knife 180 and the Nesmuk Bread Knife are the perfect introduction to the world of Nesmuk.

Nesmuk Janus

The black blade of the Nesmuk Janus series stands for high performance and ease of cutting. The DLC (Diamond-Like-Carbon) coating on the niobium steel is resistant to acids, extreme temperatures, and scratches. Friction is also reduced, making cutting even easier.

Nesmuk Soul

The Nesmuk Soul knives were the first knives to be made with the innovative niobium knife steel. The niobium contained in the steel helps keep the knives extremely sharp, and allows for a weight saving thinner blade profile, which is particularly appreciated by professional chefs.

Handle Materials

The unique handles of Nesmuk knives are made without compromise. Not only does their ergonomic shape fit incomparably well in the hand, these carefully selected and finished wooden handles are a true pleasure to hold. At ROGGENWOLF you will find a selection of my favorite knives by Nesmuk. They include handle materials sourced exclusively from Europe:

  • Olive wood from Spain
  • Bog oak from Northern Germany
  • Walnut from Central and Southern Europe
  • Karelian curly birch from Finnland
