Borosilicate Glass Measuring Cup

Borosilicate glass is very stable and, unlike plastic, extremely heat-resistant. I like to use the larger version to prepare sourdough or yeast pre-dough when baking bread. The glass makes it easy to observe the bubbles that are created by the fermentation gases. The measuring scale also shows how much the sourdough has grown already. Guaranteed without plasticizers!

The small measuring cup included in the set has no handle and fits into the large measuring cup to save space.
