Güde Utility Knife 11 cm with Olivewood Handle

The Güde utility knife, with a blade length of 11 cm, truly lives up to its name. This versatile all-rounder, featuring a double-sided hollow grind and fine serration, is my favorite knife for finely slicing onions and tomatoes or halving bread rolls. For the bread bakers among us, it's also suitable for scoring proofed dough pieces.

My grandmother gave me my first Güde utility knife. Not only did it survive several years in a shared apartment, it is still in use today, 15 years later. I can't imagine being without this great little all-rounder in my kitchen.
