This versatile baking brush with the ROGGENWOLF emblem engraved onto its ferrule, is made from oiled cherry wood and bristles with vegan fibers. I use this brush for example to clean freshly ground spices from the mortar and pestel, or to coat baked goods, and to clean out a sieve.
