Nesmuk Janus Bread Knife with Finnish Curly Birch Handle
The Nesmuk Janus bread knife is a true gem for the knife connoisseur. Featuring an ergonomic handle and an innovative serrated edge with dual undulating teeth heights, this bread knife is both an eye-catcher and a design masterpiece for the kitchen. Its incredible slicing ability allows it to effortlessly cut through any type of bread. The teeth of this bread knife from the Janus series are also coated with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon), which is three times harder than steel. The handle, crafted from Finnish curly birch, ensures that each knife is unique. The unmistakable wild grain of the curly birch, which primarily grows in the border region between Finland and Russia, gives each handle its distinct character.

Care instructions
- Do not wash in the dishwasher
- Rinse and dry knives immediately after use, especially when cutting acidic foods
- Do not use abrasive cleaning detergent or hard sponges or cleaning brushes.
- Never leave the wooden handles in water and always dry them thoroughly. Re-oil them from time to time, e.g. tea seed or camellia oil.
- Store knives neatly, for example on a magnetic knife rack. If stored loose in a drawer, the blades and handles can be damaged.
- Do not cut on surfaces that are harder than the blade steel, such as ceramic, glass or stone. A wooden cutting board is best.
